The following is information regarding which lesson in Math your child would have started on Monday, March 16th as well as available online resources for both Math and ELA. Although it is not mandatory for your child to complete any lessons at home; we strongly encourage you to use this time away from school to provide your child with as many opportunities as possible to engage in activities and lessons that will allow them to continue learning from home.
- Decodable Reader skills 6 These are the readers that we have been using in class. Almost all words should be decodable and easily read. Scroll down to first grade.
- Unit for Literacy
This is a great site for picture books for young readers.
- Eureka Math- Knowledge on the Go
Choose Grade 1 to find materials and video lessons. New video lessons and content updated daily. - Youtube
- Do a search for the lesson you need.
- Begin with Module 5 lesson 4 and continue through Module 5 Lesson 13 followed by Module 6 Lessons 1 -30
- Ex: Grade 1 module 5 lesson 5. Look for videos by “Teaching Independent Learners”
