Student Personal Information Compliance (PII)

Two new laws, Act 677 and 837, have been passed that will require schools and education agencies to handle student information in a more secure way.  You may read each act by reading the attached files below.

Contract addendums with the companies that we use for student services, instruction, testing, etc. are listed in our vendors list.   The State Department of Education has negotiated contracts with companies that are on statewide contracts.  You can view those by clicking on this list of DOE Contracts and this list of additional DOE contracts
