May Finance Meeting and May School Board Meeting
Change of Format to Comply With Covid-19 Regulations
In compliance with Covid-19 health regulations, the format will change for the regularly scheduled May Finance Meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. and the regularly scheduled School Board Meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. These meetings will take place at regularly scheduled times; however, the meetings will be held electronically through remote access rather than the normal format of in-person meetings at the Jefferson Davis Parish School Board office.
Any person wishing to actively participate in these meetings as a live speaker should submit a written request via email to email@example.com no later than one day prior to the designated meeting time. (Example: Finance Meeting – submit request no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2020; Example: School Board Meeting – submit request no later than 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2020)
As Livestream properties are limited to our domain only, a video recording of the Finance Committee Meeting and the School Board Meeting will be posted on the district website following each of these meetings for public access. Anyone wishing to be an active participant in either meeting should follow the guidelines listed in the previous paragraph.
