LAHS Library Mission Statement:

The mission of the school library media center is to provide a variety of print and nonprint materials along with the services that will enrich, support, and broaden the total educational program to meet the needs, abilities, and interest of the school and the community which it serves.

Policies:

Borrowing-Students may borrow up to 3 books at a time.
Loan Periods-Materials can be borrowed for 2 weeks at a time.
Renewals-Materials can be renewed if requested maximum of 3 times.
Over dues-Fines for overdue items are 5 cents per item per day with a maximum of $1 per item.

How do I become a member of Library Club?

Pay dues of $5.00 per year, attend meetings each month, participate in fundraisers, maintain a 2.0 GPA, read at least one book per month and take an AR Test, help library duties when assigned, and maintain a positive attitude.
