PLEASE LABEL THE FOLLOWING SUPPLIES WITH YOUR CHILD'S NAME---USING A PERMANENT MARKER.

• Large backpack

• 1 large coloring book

• 1 mat & towel or cover of some sort (no blankets or pillows)

• 1 box of tissue

• 1 box of baby wipes

• 1 box of Ziploc bags (pint, quart, or gallon)

• 1 roll of paper towels

• $25.00 supply fee

** The teachers will purchase the crayons, glue, construction paper, Play Doh, pencils, folders, and all other academic supplies and classroom needs with the supply money.
