PERMISSION FOR STUDENT RECOGNITION

Students are recognized throughout the year for academic achievements, school and extracurricular activities by the school, and/or by the local media, including, but not limited to, television, radio, video, and newspaper.  Parents may request that this information NOT be released by signing a consent form located in the school office.  Otherwise, no signature is required.
