SEARCHES

The school shall have the authority, as granted by the JDPSB policy, to search any student or the possessions of a student if there is reasonable belief that the said student has in his/her possession any weapon or illegal drug or other prohibited items.  Probable cause is defined as having personal knowledge or information from a reliable person.
