MEDICATION

All students receiving daily medication (dispensed by a doctor) during the school year must complete and sign a medication consent form (obtained from the office).  This form allows school personnel to administer this medication.  All medicine must be in containers labeled by the pharmacy.  Medication is dispensed in the office, logged daily, and initialed by the person administering the m3eidcen. Over-the-counter medication (Tylenol/aspirin) may be administered at school by a parent/guardian.  It is strongly advised that medication given on a temporary basis be administered at home by the parent.
