FIELD TRIPS/SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
A field trip that coordinates with a curriculum area may be scheduled for
your child’s class during the school year. THE PRINCIPAL SHALL CLEAR ALL
FIELD TRIPS HE DEEMS BENEFICIAL. Students must have signed permission
slips to participate in field trips. Field trips and school activities are
privileges, not rights. Any non-faculty member who drives a non-school
vehicle to transport students to or from a field trip must have the proper
insurance. A copy of the insurance must be presented to the office.
All adults requesting to pick up their child or another child at the end of
the school field trip must present the roper documentation to the
teacher/school office prior to the field trip. Teachers are responsible for all students during and
after field trips. Sponsors must stay on campus until the last student is
picked up by his/her parent/guardian.
