CONFERENCES/PARENT INVOLVEMENT

Parents have a responsibility to participate actively in helping their children become academically successful.  Parental involvement fosters creativity and confidence.  When parents and school officials collaborate, students are guaranteed the best possible education.

Conferences between parents and teachers provide and excellent opportunity to discuss many details about the child’s school experiences.  If you would like to arrange a conference with your child’s teacher, please do not hesitate to contact the child’s teacher via e-mail or telephone.  Please remember all unscheduled conferences interfere with classroom instruction.  Also please refer to the school’s parental involvement plan included in this handbook.
