Jeff Davis Emergency Response Information:
In the case of an emergency or evacuation, you can access the Jeff Davis Emergency Response website at www.jdps.org/home.html.  This website will provide continual updates during and after an evacuation of Jeff Davis Parish and the surrounding area to all evacuated citizens that can access this website.  It also contains valuable information in the case of a storm. 

The Jeff Davis Sheriff's Office has added to our ability to communicate during and after hurricanes or other emergencies by using text messaging.  The new system is called Jeff Davis Alert at http://alert.jeffdavis.net.  Sign up is free, on line, and open to all citizens.

Jeff Davis Parish Parent Center:
Parents are encouraged to use the Jeff Davis Parish Parent Center is now located at the Media Center in Jennings.  Applications are in the office.  The Parent Center has many educational items including computerized educational games.
